Ask engineers who already did it.

"The field" is the engineers and managers who already rolled out the thing you are planning. Put one practical question to them; the best answers come from people who were on the incident call.

How it works

1. Ask. One practical question, anonymous if you like. A moderator checks it (usually within a day), then it opens for 7 days and lights a gold block on the Tower.
2. The field answers. Engineers and managers who ran the same thing answer. Logged-in members answer, as @handle or "an operator".
3. You pick the best answer. When the question closes with 2 or more answers, its author gets 10 rank points. Everyone after you gets to read it.

Rules

• Practice questions only.
• No questions about a named company's internals or its customers.
• Moderated before it opens (usually within a day).
• Open 7 days. Fewer than 2 answers → automatic refund (paid questions).
• Public by default; €49 keeps the answers private to you.
