Field reports, questions and answers are written by members, not by us. Example reports, daily questions and Hype-or-real claims are written by the editors. Member content is checked before or after publication and removed when we learn it is unlawful. See the terms for how to send a notice and how decisions can be reviewed.

Consumer disputes

We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If something went wrong, write to us first; we will try to fix it.
